Each can be assembled with basic hobby tools, and easy to understand step-by-step instructions walk you through construction, from gluing the kit together to final painting and weathering.
This kit has been upgraded from earlier versions with: Mt. Albert Scale Lumber for the fence, Paper Creek aged corrugated roofing for the shed, Tichy windows, a Rix Products storefront, a laser-cut "Auction" stencil, full-color signs (including the large pin-up art for the "Bottoms Up Bar"), a laser-cut roof, new detail castings (boxes, crates, junk, etc.), microshredded newspaper for "street debris," a full-color billboard, tarpaper roofing, awnings and more.
