Coal for home heating, as well as commercial accounts like small factories and stores, could by bought by the bag-full or the ton and delivered to your house. As oil furnaces became common, many dealers expanded their line to include home heating oil too.

And like the prototypes, the buildings are easily arranged to fit in odd-shaped spaces.
Typical of facilities commonly seen in the US from the 1920s to the 1960s, it can be built as a free-standing business. Many fuel dealerships were often operated by the local lumber yard or grain elevator, opening additional industrial ideas for using other Walthers kits and accessories.
